Butler, Pennsylvania. A small town, unlike any other, with a city council that has more crooks, liars and morons than a city ten times its size. Butler also is blessed with a corrupt police force and an epidemic drug problem. Just listen to what a few of these citizens have to say! This is a random "rough cut and raw" clip from my soon to be completed documentary on all of the problems this small town faces...
